Guide Trip Basics

Typical Trip will be and includes:

• Most trips last 8 to 10 hours, however upon requests and agreement, it can be arranged shorter or longer.

• Perhaps some of you already know I'm usually the last guide who leaves the water. Spinner-falls in the long summer evening last till dark. How can I miss?

• Transportation between the initial meeting place and fishing destinations. 

• Lunch and non-alcoholic drinks for the day.

Type of Trips

• Float Trips: Yellowstone, Madison, Bighorn, and Missouri

• Walk/Wade Trips: Montana public waters and Yellowstone National Park

• Private Waters: Float trip on lakes/ponds, Walk/wade trips on spring creeks

Besides, my hard-working ethic to stay with clients till real dark, I've been getting 5-star Reviews for my lunch. I believe lunch is one of very important components of guide trips and I take it seriously. Have you got tired of "classic" (the politest expression) cold sandwiches? - I know....... There are thousands of fly "menus" for trout, so why do you have to expect only sandwiches? Depending on trip destinations, weather, and some other factors, I offer camp-style menus, cooked right along the water. I have many good reviews from my past clients as "Guide Chef". Besides, inventing new flies, I'm always thinking of new menus for us!! If you book me for multi-days, I can guarantee you will see & eat different menus every lunch! And oftentimes, HOT & FRESH!!
