I had a great time going fishing with my wifey and kiddo at a local small stream.
It was great, mostly because I did all the catching 🤣

09/04/2024: We feel a touch of the fall. It's indeed a transition period. On the Yellowstone River float and spring creeks, expect we do fair amount of nymphing. Then we'll seek rising fish to terrestrials and any signs of insect hatches.
Yellowstone National Park streams still offer some great hatch x rise opportunities.
