09/04/2024: We feel a touch of the fall. It's indeed a transition period. On the Yellowstone River float and spring creeks, expect we do fair amount of nymphing. Then we'll seek rising fish to terrestrials and any signs of insect hatches.
Yellowstone National Park streams still offer some great hatch x rise opportunities.

We are here!! First time all together since we got our munchkin 👦🏼.
He seems to be our lucky charm item and a trout magnet🤨. He even conjured up some rising trout for us. Hence DRY or DIE on the Bighorn as on the Yellowstone 😬. Water is running very cold here 🥶. But fishing is red hot 🔥.
