After the horseback trip to the upper meadows of Slough Creek in mid August, I might as well have decided to fish the lower meadow below campground.
Were fish rising? It does matter sometimes and some degrees but also oftentimes it doesn't matter if they do. There are times when trout in this area simply respond..... for some reasons.......
