Not Winter Yet!!

Oct 11, 2021, we’ve got somewhat serious snow ⛄️, which is predicted to last overnight and tomorrow. Air temperature is in 30Fs, so not quite freezing.

This is typical around here. We most of the time in October have one big snowstorm. I’d like to say this is NOT the beginning of the winter, rather the sign of deepening fall. This snow will be melted away soon.

Also this is the indication of the fall baetis and the trigger of brown trout’s instinct to spawn. Besides, I have some more float trips booked up so I have to be able to peel the cover off from my boat!!

I’ll keep you posted with both fishing and weather reports😉.
